Welcome to Email Countdowns, operated by Nexasoft Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using the Email Countdowns service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Services

Email Countdowns provides online countdown creation and hosting services, available through various subscription plans. These plans offer different usage levels, including monthly view quotas.

3. Free Trial Period

All new subscriptions begin with a fourteen-day free trial, during which you may cancel at any time without charge. Billing for the selected plan will begin at the end of the fourteen-day trial period, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Billing Cycle: Your subscription will renew on a monthly basis after the free trial period. Payment is required to continue service access.

View Quota: Each plan includes a monthly quota for countdown views. If your view quota is exceeded, you must either purchase additional views or upgrade your plan to continue using your countdown GIFs.

View Shortage Suspension: If your countdown views are depleted before the end of the billing period and no additional views are purchased or upgrade completed, countdown GIFs will not display until the next billing period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation:

You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period.

After the cancellation takes full effect, countdown GIFs will no longer load.

6. Refunds

Once the free trial period has ended you will be billed, you can contact us to claim a refund within 14 days of any billing date. We will offer a full refund if no credits have been used and a pro-rata refund if credits have been used.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login information confidential.

8. Modifications to the Service and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our services, including features and pricing. Any changes to your subscription will be communicated in advance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Email Countdowns for violations of these Terms or other conduct harmful to our service or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that countdown GIFs will always be available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexasoft Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Email Countdowns.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
